By accessing or using GreenPlayRetreat ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

GreenPlayRetreat is a free social entertainment platform. We explicitly state that:

• There is no real money involved in any games or activities on the Platform
• There are no prizes, rewards, or incentives of any value
• There are no deposits, purchases, or financial transactions
• There is no ability to withdraw, cash out, or convert virtual tokens into any form of value
• No cryptocurrency or blockchain-based assets are used or offered
• All tokens are virtual and have no monetary value whatsoever

The Platform is provided solely for entertainment purposes. No actual gaming, betting, or wagering takes place on this site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and software on the Platform are the property of GreenPlayRetreat or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

5. User Conduct

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
